Anytime Rv Park

The second month we lived there a bad storm came through and a dead limb out of a tree fell on our RV right above my head while I was sleeping. The maintenance man did nothing to fix the leaky roof from the limb. There are several dead trees that drop dead limbs everytime it storms. There is now 5 places that the rain leaks into our RV and ruins our personal stuff. Nobody ever even tried to fix it also the electricity getting cut off cause the owners didn't pay the electric bill was a bad thing for me because I have congestive heart failure. The owner asks the tenants if they want to wash his back in the shower. He also falls asleep in his car with it running and in drive with his foot on the brake. The owners are too old and sick to properly keep up with all the repairs that need done. Th

My brother rented a furnished RV here for about 7 months. His was clean and in great shape. Electric and water were included. You had to provide propane tanks for heat and cooking. Had a central communal extra large shower and laundry building. People were great to those who were good to them!

I pulled in to ask a few questions. After talking to Mr. Himes. I took a short tour. I also spoke to a couple RV Park Guest who gave me really good reviews. I was told they have a lot projects going on. To spruce up the place Mr.Himes, staff & family are really nice people. I gave a deposit and can't wait to move in.

The guy who runs this place is known to the natives as "Head Strap". What he does is moonwalk from the Park Office to his car and then slowly drives around the whole place, carefully ensuring a maximum level of enjoyment and "peace of mind" for each individual inhabitant of this sideshow RV drive through.

Worst place to ever live. Maintenance man and landlords are on drugs. The only thing good is the neighbors keep to them self's. Electric gets turned off every other month because they don't pay the bill.
