Antlers Motel

Antler's Motel ws sold and is closed. The company that purchased the motel is remodeling and updating the grounds. It is closed until further notice. Thee new room will have new bathrooms carpet etc. Some will have kitchennetts. Modernized.

Absolutely do not stay here! Infested with bugs and mice are so bad. Came back and found mouse droppings on my pillow. Rooms smell terrible hot water doesnt last, ac didnt work. Nice old man running the place but just overall unkempt place. Much better stay across the street.

We were going to be there for about a month doing some work. We rented a room at this motel because it had a cheap weekly rate. After about a week we found out why. The room we were in was infested with bed bugs. They were crawling up the wall in the daylight. We went straight to the owner and told him about our room. Well he gave us a different room right away. I have been a motel maid before so I know what to look for . I searched the new room before even moving in and it was fine. We had to return home for awhile and when we went back to Nebraska we went to the same motel only to be checked into another room that was infested with bed bugs. We asked for a refund and went across the street to a different motel.

Everything was clean, even the sheets look like new. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful with the information we needed. Is only 2 hrs from Keystone, SD and the Mount Rushmore. I wouldn't spend a night in Keystone super expensive and crowded when I could spend a good night in Rushville, Nebraska.

I enjoyed my stay at the Antler. The owner is such a very nice person. Room was clean, AC worked, WI-Fi worked well and the price is right
