Angeles Crest Christian Camp

With a lot of prayer leading up the retreat, we sensed a lot of breakthrough for our men in experiencing God and growing in vulnerability and commitment to growth as men. Also helpful staff, good activities, and great food (just need to have group size thats not too small).

We had a wonderful time with our group of 100 youth and leaders at Angeles Crest Christian Camp. Food was delicious, activities were great, the spaces were clean and there were so many fun activities close together. The kids loved being able to play Gaga ball, volleyball and soccer in between activities. We loved the scriptures and quotes posted around camp. We were able to provide devotionals and classes to help our youth get closer to Christ. We loved that the kids had no service or wifi. That helped them to better socialize and enjoy nature as well as ghe activities and classes we offered.

"I feel so close to God when I am here. I love praying in the evening when the sun is setting and also when the sun is rising. Even when things are hard with the kids, we know and feel that God’s hands are all over camp. The quiet beauty of this place is a constant reminder of His presence. I leave the mountaintop more grounded, more inspired and more grateful for how God speaks through every hug, every smile and every little moment that happens at this beautiful place."

I loved this camp. If I was rating it off of the learning about Christ and my Christianity. HOWEVER, 80 percent of the thing is a competition and that totally ok and fun. But, the team that one cheated. They cheated for many many things that lead them to winning. But the thing that ticks me off is that they were VERY biased to team that one for some reason and never punished them for cheating! I find this Irritating because we would’ve one if it wasn’t for that. I would give it a 3 but the learning was good and loved it, but the cheating and being biased was not fun and made me sad.

Terrible experience at this camp would not recommend. All employees are rude and when needed to contact someone with your phone they keep you trapped so you cant contact anyone. They rush you in emergencys as well. 0 cell service and they treat it like a prison. Would give 0 stars if i could
