Angel Inn Near IMAX, a Travelodge by Wyndham

We stayed here Dec 26-28 2025 with my mother in law, husband, and three kids. We had two rooms. Neither room had been swept or mopped whatsoever prior to us checking in, the floors were filthy and left the kids socks disgusting, and there was popcorn and dirt visibly on the floor in both rooms. One room only had 1 chair at the table and the other room had 2 chairs. One room did not have tissue or enough towels or washcloths, when inquired at the front desk they said they were out of washcloths and had no more chairs. The front desk staff do not answer the phones when calling from the room, tried various times and left a message the first time. None were returned. Breakfast was ok, but not great, biscuits were undercooked and they don't have bacon, only sausage; very limited options. At lea

The place served its purpose. It was a place to sleep with a lock. That being said, dont hope for much more. The staff was friendly, but obviously working with very limited resources. Front desk was helpful and friendly, but was so far behind on laundry they couldn't offer additional pillows. The breakfast was cheap, but cooked well. The room left plenty to be desired: The beds were loosely assembled and rattled if someone breathed too hard. The mini-fridge had a constant clicking noise. The shower was stained. The towels were stained AND had holes in them. If you are looking for some place cheap, its fine. Otherwise, spend a few bucks more and find some place more comfortable.

We stayed here for 1 night and honestly it was totally fine. Clean. Beds were comfy. My husband said the breakfast was good. Its cheap. We were only staying one night after being at silver dollar city all day and didnt want to pay a lot for somewhere to literally just sleep. I'd stay here even more than 1 night tho there was nothing wrong with it.

The rooms are not ready, no bathroom sink light. Dark! Shower curtain very loose, hazard! Attitude of desk staff lacking, hospitality is lacking. Understanding and a smile would have kept this review less cranky. Putting makeup or shaving is precarious. Breakfast not as good and plastic utensils can be bent like pretzels, cups are crap. CHEAP! Loved this place prior to Travel Lodge taking over. But having said that rooms are clean, even if make over is shoddy work.

I would not recommend staying at the Angel Inn. The service was poor. We tried to check in around 8pm and there was not a single person there. I stood and waited for around 20 minutes for any worker to help. The room was fine, but for the cost of over $200, it was not worth it in the least. A “landlord special”. Breakfast was fine but cramped in the seating area. When I was trying to check out of my room, once again there was no one to be found. I stood for 10 minutes waiting and eventually went and looked for her and found her in the kitchen area chatting with someone and laughing just having a good times…she was then rude to me and was told to leave the area.I will never be back and would warn others to do the same.
