Andes Tower Hills

We love Andes Tower Hills. Super relaxed atmosphere. Lessons for our kids were super helpful and we are so grateful for the staff. Gail, David, Joe, and Todd gave our kids the confidence they need to realize they have a passion for skiing. They even ran into us on the slopes and helped our kids when they saw them struggling and it was well outside of our lesson time. The owner, Tom, was so kind he even called us a week later to ask how our kids enjoyed the experience as he knew it was their first time. The personal touch and whole experience sheds a light that this is a great business, a rarity these days. Thank you Tom and staff for a wonderful day skiing. See you again soon!

Our first time here and it was fun! My kids first time on a snowboarding! Half price starts at 3pm and it was BUSY! I think bcuz of the last holiday weekend.

It was my first time skiing and the bunny hill was an actual beginner hill. There are many runs, ranging in difficulty and we had a blast. We used their 2 for 1 package: pay full price on Saturday, stay at an approved hotel (listed on their site), and ski for free on Sunday. Whatever gear you rented the first day is free the 2nd day as well! So fun!

Brought my girl and her two kids tubing. They had 4 different kinds of hills for that and the guys at the top would spin us even me if we asked. It was $25 per person for two hours. By the end of it I was exhausted but the kids slept the whole way home :)

Very slow and archaic process for getting onto the hills. Filling out paperwork by hand, waiting in slow lines, having large groups check in before you can check in, waiting outside or in your car until it's your turn to process in. Be prepared to wait a long time and go through an outdated process. If you'd like a smoother efficient updated process with people who have a more helpful demeanor, take the time to go to Detroit mountain for example. We are from Fargo and have intimately better experiences at Detroit Mountain consistently. To Andes, please update your processes and create a better experience for your customers. Look at what Detroit Mountain is doing for in processing and copy them. Be nice, don't ask your customers to wait outside or wait in their car. Find a better way to hel
