Anchorage Motel

The owner came down and set me and my cousin up with a room at 5 AM! While other motels turned us away they woke up and rushed to help us, making us a care package with dog food in case of emergency since we explained our situation. 10/10 hospitality that Im beyond grateful for and so lucky still exits. The room itself is spacious with a full kitchen and even living room. Its beyond clean and comfortable and we stumbled on a great place. If you need a place at this beach this motel is ran with love and even is truly pet friendly with a very reasonable pet fee

Friendly quaint hotel with modern fixtures and would like floors that are great for people like me who have allergies. The decor is all in blues. The bed was very comfortable. At the refrigerator and microwave were very useful. I would stay here again. Hotel was recommended by a friend and I really appreciated supporting the family owned business.

For anyone driving solo (or not) (or with a pup!) out there and you need a place to stay, this is the place. I repeat: this is the place to stay. From a long day of driving, to walking into the coziest, warmest office, the stay only got better from there. You’re greeted with a welcome snack bag, provided w all the info you need to make the best of your stay. I stayed in a junior suite with my dog. It has a kitchen and ac/heat unit, and is dog friendly. They even provide dog beds and food/water bowls. It basically was a studio apartment. I’ve never been cozier while traveling solo. The bed was super comfortable; the heater kept me warm; and most importantly, I felt very safe the whole time. Please stay here and give this family-run motel your business!! I am already planning on coming back

We stayed in a charming little room that had everything that we could want. We recieved snacks at check-in and there was quality coffee in the room. The room was kept clean and the television had a lot of channels to choose from. We plan on returning when we can spend a little more time there. Also, the location was great, right in the center of town!

Absolutely wonderful two night stay at Anchorage Motel. The rooms are clean and plenty big, while having most everything you might need for a few day stay. The bed was incredible! Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
