AmeriVu Inn and Suites -Waconia/Minneapolis

I stayed Here for one night During my Transit from one state to another and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was welcoming and attentive. My room was spotless, smelled fresh, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — I haven’t slept that well in a hotel in a long time! I really appreciated having a microwave and mini-fridge, which made things convenient during my stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, perfect after a long day. The continental hot breakfast had a nice selection, and everything was stocked and tidy even during the busy morning rush. The location is easy to find and close to nearby restaurants and stores, but still quiet and peaceful at night.

Due to a family death we quickly booked 3 rooms through Expedia. Unfortunately the reservations were nonrefundable. The family had arranged accommodations with a family friend so we tried to cancel the reservations. AmeriVu was gracious enough to cancel the rooms without a penalty by Expedia. We are thankful to them and recommend them as a kind and understanding business. Thank you!

Spent the last 2 weekends for a christmas market in waconia. Staff were extraordinary. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were clean with great water pressure for hot showers. My staff enjoyed their rooms equally well.

My mom had just passed and Lindsey at the front desk was so wonderful! she knew why we were coming and left me a heartwarming note in my room. They are so blessed to have her who went above and beyond for her customer! My next trip will defiantly be there. 5 star stay! again thank you Lindsey! |Dave.
