If I could give more stars I would! The Lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. While the hotel is older the room was immaculate. Bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

The managers and front desk staff were patient and kind and very helpful. I do not get to travel quite as much now with this pandemic but I was entirely thrilled to find this delight right off of I-94. The managers and front desk staff sanitized their hands and wore masks. My room was tidy and smelled clean. No breakfast at this time but was offered coffee, I will stay here again! Hotel could use some updates but customer service made the experience worth it !

The room was VERY clean and comfortable. The hotel seems to be under new management from the last time we stayed here several years ago. We had not so good an experience then. The new management has really changed the appearance including landscaping and lobby. We will definitely return again!

The owner and staff are very friendly. Nice clean rooms. We come up here for Pioneer Days and stay here instead of in Albany, even though we have family there, because the hotel in Albany charges double their usual rates during Pioneer Days.
