The hotel would be a nice place if it was ran by better people unfortunately the staff were rude. Very disrespectful. One of my children came to visit me while staying, and the front desk lady , she told my child would jump over the counter at him and why is he smiling I don’t know if she was playing or if she was serious because the whole night she was very rude and disrespectful on top of that the pool area was full of ants accidentally took the ants back up to the room didn’t know it was on the towel until we seen the towel. full of them had to kill them still giving a star just because I got rest. The breakfast was trash. The only thing that was good was the pancakes. Don’t know if the morning staff is good. I hurried up and got out of there with my family. it is definitely not worth $

The hotel staff and everyone was excellent. The quietest hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel a great deal. The staff made you feel at home. It was clean and had an inside pool. I would highly recommend staying here. I am also picky.

Really clean rooms, didnt see or experience anything out of the ordinary. Rooms are only getting a 4 for now, that way once I get a chance to go back and try the hot tub rooms, I can update everyone. Jay was super chill, layed back and really helpful throught our stay and should get the raise. As far as everyone else that was working, super super polite and willing to help. Also deserve a raise immediately. The pool, please repave the bottom or something, it looks like tirds are in the bottom, also fix the hot tub jets :)

Positive: Clean Negative: Our room was on the side where the freeway was and the noise level made for poor sleeping as well as the transparent shades that let in all of the outdoor lighting.

I stayed here for 4 days and majority of the time I didn’t spend much time in the hotel. From the time we did spend in the hotel. It was accommodating to our needs. It had a mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of storage for your items. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it was open late (11pm). The free breakfast was an added bonus for the little time we spent in the hotel. One drawback from the stay was the rooms AC was little wonky. Overall a pretty decent and would recommend staying here!
