The overall experience of the hotel was amazing! The room was clean, we did have an issue with the smoke alarm being faulty but they helped asap with the issue. The staff was courteous and respectful, helping out with a dispute with expedia charging for the room and the system with pre-check in charging for the room as well.Quick and easy matter to fix. Also the atmosphere was peaceful since we decided to come in during the slower season to enjoy a little vacation from home! 10/10 would book here again!

our home base for motorcycle trip, so perfect location that's close to everywhere we wanted to go. Hotel very basic and older but clean. Very much so wished there was a gym or a partner hotel with a gym close by but no can do here. Parking lot good for our motorcycle trailer. The hotel was quiet, which was appreciated.

Positive: Clean, bug free and convenient Negative: The breakfast: Eggs were watery. The eggs and the sausage, while 'fresh' (I watched them being brought out), were lukewarm at best.The fridge was poorly stocked: 2 yogurts, nothing else. There were 3 or 4 slices of bread left for patrons to make toast.

We booked a 1 night stay directly through AmericInn, not a third-party site. Check-in was smooth. At 1:45 a.m., the smoke/carbon monoxide detector in our room began beeping, waking our baby. I walked to the front desk, and notified her of situation. She brought new batteries. She initially said she would just disconnect the detector, which concerned us due to potential carbon monoxide risk. After we asked, she replaced the batteries. Less than five minutes later, the detector began beeping again. With our baby still crying, we requested a room change and switched rooms at 2:00 a.m. As a result, we barely slept. The next morning, we informed the manager. She apologized and offered a late checkout, which we declined. She then said that because we booked at the lowest rate, nothing else c

Staff was outstanding, clean hotel even though they were replacing carpet in several rooms. the breakfast was outstanding and pool and hot tub was very nice.
