Great little hotel that appears to be family run. Some of the most welcoming and staff I have experienced. It’s hard to find a hotel that loves to see a hockey team staying with them. That being said, it was so nice to feel welcomed. Thanks for the great stay.

We booked a weekend trip here for a family wedding nearby and booked an extra night because of the pool for the kids and hot tub for adults. Before we arrived another family member got there before us and said the pool and hot tub were not working and the hotel was a complete dump and it smelled awful and had stained bedding. They immediately checked out. We called to cancel our reservation since we only booked for the amenities which were not available and the lady was very short and said she would cancel our reservation and hung up on me. A month later with multiple phone calls and no refund we were finally told that we would only be partially refunded even though we never went since we were told we could cancel.

The room was pretty clean as well as the hotel. The beds were extremely bad/hard. The only difference between the floor and the bed is about 3 feet. The food was normal and fresh as anywhere you would go. Service was ok. 2 of the 3 times I talked toto anyone they were on the phone having more important conversations and rushed service. The location was about 15 minutes from New Ulm where we do some traveling to annually. The drive wasn't bad, but I do not plan to stay here again.

Needed a short stay due to impending weather and needing to work the following day. Booking was simple through Priceline. But with what I paid…. I expected more. I had to call to even get someone to come to the front desk for check in, followed by only getting one channel on the tv ( I called the front desk and I was told they would be right there an hour after they didn’t come I had to go find them) was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and sauna but both were out of order. So I opted to relax in the tub that would’ve been okay if the hot water would have at least filled the tub. Also, I was given dirty towels and the floor had a white powder substance on it. Overall wouldn’t come back here again.

Everything was super clean and well maintained. Had a nice quiet sleep even with the wedding celebration going on in the event center next door. The only downside was not being able to get hot water for a shower in the morning. It was lukewarm so not uncomfortable, just not the nice hot water we would have preferred. I would definitely stay there again
