Gentle at check in tall with tattoos was very polite. Made sure we had everything we needed. Props to this man and his manners. Room was not cleaned well. Gold fish on the floor by the microwave. Popcorn behind the tv. Couch was ripped. Hair in the bathtub. Carpet was freyed and our toddler kept tripping on it and it just kept ripping. Older Lady at checkout was short and rude. We requested late checkout and didn't receive a message back until 20 minutes before we needed to be out that she couldn't provide a late checkout. Told her about the room being dirty and recieved nothing but a short response of ill look into it. Good customer service and communication goes a long ways!

Hotel is in a great location, not in a crazy busy spot. Quiet and safe. Its an older hotel so could use a few updates but all in all it is a good place to stay. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was good! Friendly staff as well! :)

Positive: I booked an accessible room because I like having grab bars in the shower. There was no shelf of any kind in the shower so soap, shampoo, etc. all had to be put on the floor which was not convenient for using. I liked the comfortable chair Negative: the bed was very hard and I did not sleep well, I went to breakfast at 8 thirty and most everything was gone even though it was served until 10am. When we checked in she could not make keys but got them to us later.

This hotel was a pleasant comfortable stop .Will definitely be back here when in the area absolutely recommend it. This was a West Coast bike tour. Some of the other chains we had stayed in. We’re absolutely Frightening. This was a welcome reprieve. Clean friendly, good location.

Oh my gosh…very dirty. I was surprised after seeing some reviews claiming it’s clean. Used ear plugs covered in ear wax found in the directory book in our room. Shower/tub is filthy with peeling yellow marks all over. I wouldn’t let my kids sit in it. Inside of ice bucket had some kind of yellow sticky goo all over it. And no joke, this was so gross..the pool was so full of scum that people had drawn and etched words into the pool scum on the tiles. Tiles were also missing which gave the pool a broken down and unkept vibe. There was giant wads of hair floating in the hot tub 🤢 They also shut down their pool to use for additional business rentals so guests cannot use it while they do swimming lessons, etc. when we tried to inquire about it, the staff was short with me and condescending.
