Super clean, quiet, and exactly what you want in a small-town hotel. Room was fresh, comfortable, and everything worked like it should. The pool and hot tub are a big plus, especially after a long day. Breakfast had plenty of options and was kept stocked and tidy. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful the whole time, and the location is convenient to stores and places to eat. Easy place to relax and an easy choice to come back to.

Staff wonderful and caring, grounds well kept, rooms very clean as is the lobby area as they are always cleaning.||Breakfast items always replaced when needed and many items to choose from.||Indoor pool and hot tub a plus after a long day!||Best news is the updated internet!

very clean small hotel with local feel. breakfast was very good. nice sized pool and hot tub for exercise and relaxation. noisy heat/ac unit in room made for a restless night, however as it started and stopped all night long to keep the room at the desired temperature. also, no elevator so we made numerous trips up and down the stairs from the second floor when our keys failed to work and the desk attendant was obviously not trained to re-key.

1990 feel but clean. For a small town this is the best option between the 2 hotels. Indoor pool is definitely decent. Breakfast is basically bacon and eggs then pre packaged things. Ive stayed here for years (10) or more. It's always been decent every time! Overall I would score them a 89%

This is my “hotel away from home.” Been coming here for years to visit family. Some things never change…in a good way! This hotel is clean and welcoming. Solid breakfast and great coffee. Warm lobby and friendly staff that go above and beyond to serve. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Pool facility is well maintained and a fun place to spend some hours during stay. Located near a Walmart, Hyvee, and local restaurants like the 502 and Top Flight - recommend them both. Enjoy your stay. I’m a bit jealous.
