This hotel was just meh. I'll start with the positive it's in a pretty good location, decent parking, and pet friendly. Okay well that was pretty much all the positive. First off they tried to switch where our rooms were in but after a conversation we got back into a outward facing room as we requested. Breakfast kind of sucked. One day they said they were out of breakfast sandwiches but then the next day they magically came up with the same sandwiches. And I get service is different in off season but the price isn't. There was literally only ten people staying in the hotel so shouldn't have been that hard to make breakfast for ten. The beds were pretty bad too for some reason your head is lower than your feet so it feels like you sliding off the bed the whole time. And the TV had about 20

Every fall we visit Branson, MO as part of a large group to catch a show, usually at the Sight & Sound Theater. Our family also always goes shopping at the Tanger outlet mall. Normally the whole group stays at the Comfort Inn together, but this year we were unable to. ||This sent me searching for an alternate hotel The AmericInn charges a $25/night pet fee, very reasonable for a short stay. We were put in a room on the lower level, below the lobby level, where the rooms all have exterior entrances. This made loading and unloading very convenient. I noticed that the upper level rooms had interior entrances and balconies. ||The room was clean and comfy. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the drop ceiling in the bathroom. This is what you would expect from a budget hotel. The goods: comfortable bed, very friendly staff and helpful. Clean. Cookies and ice cream in the evening make for a a little extra something and they are tasty for sure. KRE the evening front desk hostess was exceptional and helpful. Went out to her way to show us another room option and helped me load our Walmart delivery order into my car. Nancy does a wonderful job with breakfast each morning and was very kind, generous and would walk around the tables checking on guests. Down sides: there are two buildings and walking outside in the cold or rain to the pool/breakfast is an inconvenience when your room is in the second building. I do think this is a common thing among budget hotels in Branson, but with mentioning. The pool needs

Wonderful! The King bed and pillows were incredible. The room was very clean. The carpet is new. The bathroom and walk in shower were perfect. The room darkening shade was great. The hallway and elevator smelled brand new. Food was great. The staff was so helpful. Ask for the red building. And our puppy just cost $25 for the night. Perfect stay. We have found our Branson Hotel!
