Walking distance from Bogarts to see a show. Room was comfortable and clean. Went to enjoy the communal hot tub which is in the pool area.. Only one unisex bathroom with shower, no hooks to hang your items and the bathroom drains were clogged and floor flooded. Clearly it was not a priority because it looked as it had been like that for a awhile. Reported to front desk and was told maintenance will not be able to attend to it for several hours. Yuk.. Also the hot tub seemed to be low on water as the jets were almost exposed.

Positive: The pool and hot tub were nice Negative: Booked two rooms. One room the drain for tub was slow going down. The ceiling had mold. Both rooms smelled musty. Lamp didn’t work by bed.

Stayed for one night room was clean, comfy beds. Pool/hot tub was alright nothing special. Price was fair. |A lot of food options nearby.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at AmericInn by Wyndham – Apple Valley, MN on February 14 needs to be documented. I had a confirmed suite reservation (Confirmation #85028EE037468). Around 5:00 PM, the hotel contacted me to update payment. Their booking page clearly stated “pay at property,” with no prepayment required and no specific deadline listed. Within about 10 minutes, I informed them I was down the street handling it. Within another 10 minutes, the payment was updated and approved before I even arrived. I arrived shortly after and was checked in without being told anything had changed. When I reached the room, I discovered I had been downgraded from the confirmed suite. When I asked about it, I was blamed for a “late response,” despite payment confirmation o

Moon went absolutely above and beyond to make us feel welcome and like we were the most important guest there. I’ve never felt so welcome so far away from home and I appreciate the personal touch of getting to know us. 10/10 <3
