We stayed on 8/9/25. Location was perfect for us, as we attended a wedding reception at the VFW, which is on the same block. I would stay here again, if presented with the same situation. Our room (#104) however, did not have a perfectly functional a/c. It cooled the room, but did not de-humidify it. After 2 days, some of the clothing felt damp. Otherwise the room & bed was clean. The breakfast consists of carbs: toast, bagels, oatmeal, Pop-Tarts, cereal etc. Snack-Pak pudding instead of yogurt. Peanut butter was the protein. They did have fruit. Regular coffee or a machine with hot chocolate and Vanilla Latte. I did not care for the cranberry juice. The food is not replenished, so the early-birds get best choice. Very clean room and carpet. Quiet and close to the high way. Easy on and off back to the interstate. Prices were good for an overnight. Basic continental breakfast but got the job done. The cleanliness was the best ive seen at a hotel in a long time.

We were able to check in without a reservation. The rooms are clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities (including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, phone, and TV), and there are vending machines on site. Very short walk to a gas station, and a short drive to a grocery store. The continental breakfast was great! No hot/prepared food, but there was a wonderful selection of breads, cereal, oatmeal, pop tarts, drinks, and fruit. Our stay was ~$85/night, which was reasonable. Payment was required up front as well, and check out was a breeze.

It doesn’t look like much from the road but my room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. There is a Casey’s right next door. My only complaint is the toilet is very low. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent place to stay in the Rochester area. Close to the airport. Rooms were reasonably modern and well-maintained. Even the breakfast was decent. Compared to other hotels in the area, this place seems like great value. We would definitely stay here again
