Americas Inn Leeds Birmingham

Terrible! We only stayed because we drove half way to our destination and stopped to eat and go to BUCEES First the person at the desk must have been new cause he had no clue I had to help find my reservation on the computer! Then once we got in room it has bugs on the ceiling! Very old and outdated. Thankfully we were here less than 8 hours!

This hotel states it has breakfast but after my card was charged I received an email that due to COVID some benefits may not be available and that was breakfast. Requested ground floor was given 2nd floor. Beer bottle out on the windows along with cigarettes and ash trays. |It was a non smoking room but the duvet on the bed had cigarette burns in it and there was no blanket on the bed or in the room. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. There was a 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper that was placed on the top of the holder. The pillows barely had and fullness. The only thing the room had was good pressure in the shower. Don’t expect any shampoo and the littlest piece of soap. No coffee pot in the room either. No way was this room worth over $100 a night.

Made our reservation over a month ago. For an event we have in Leeds AL. Now we stay here before a few years ago. And the stay was ok. however, when we arrived and check in, we went to our room and all you could smell was marijuana and it was as if whoever was smoking it has just left! So I asked for another room. Now this room already had someone staying in this room. Now is strike two!!!! I will never ever stay in this chain of hotels EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!

This place is great! The people are amazing, super friendly and caring. The rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable , free wifi, free continental breakfast, there's a Subway next door if you get hungry later in the day there's also a Buccee's across the street should you need anything else. I've stayed here quite a few times and I'll definitely come back.
