America's Choice Inn & Suites Gila Bend

Super easy stop. Room was super duper clean and comfortable. Slept great and they are pet friendly with small charge. Highly recommended. Front desk guy (younger) was really personable and it was comforting when we were so tired coming from Austin to San Diego. This was our last stop and best stop on our trip. Price couldn't be beat. Perfect!

Positive: Late arrival did not require notification. Negative: telephone number on receipt is incorrect. It took several phone calls for someone to reach out and ask why I was calling.

Could not have been better. I stayed here two nights, once on the way to San Diego, and once on the way back. I'd stayed at America's Choice properties before, so I picked this one on line. Good choice. Check in was friendly and efficient. My room was spacious, clean, well laid out, and everything worked just fine. There is coffee in the room, Oh, and they provide you an extra (and warm) blanket. Breakfast was superb: scrambled eggs, link sausages, yogurt, juice, milk, cold cereal, tea (they have Bigelow), fresh fruit, breads, and pastries. Take you pick, any or all. Plenty of parking, good access to and from I-8. Highly recommended.

Okay for a short stay but not very confortable for a long one. Cleanliness was not the best, there were mold spot on pillow case and bathroom towels. Everything is used and itchy, toilet should be replaced. Also you hear both the corridor and the outside. Breakfast is very basic and yoghurt were expired. I wouldn’t come back, but the guy was nice and it was one of the cheapest option in the area. Careful, it’s an hour away from phoenix.

Update to review: the owner or general manager called to apologize for the poor housekeeping, but then offered to discount our rate by 50% to change the review. We rely on reviews and refused his offer. --------------- All good here except for the cleanliness. Pros: good breakfast, extra blankets in room, plenty of towels and soap products ( Face soap, Body soap, shampoo, conditioner), great TV, low pet fee, good dog walking area. Friendly staff. Cons: not clean. Floors, walls, terrible smell coming from a/c. The shower/tub was in disrepair and dirty. Long hairs (not ours), stains in the toilet that were not cleaned. This place could be wonderful with extra care, but it's just not.
