Americas Best Value Inn Winnsboro, LA

Absolutely the best hotel you will find in this area. Staff and owners were absolutely amazing and helpful!! Rooms were spotless, quiet, and very very very comfortable!! I stayed with my 12 year old so we could go hunting and I will 100% be staying again!! I was shocked how nice and clean the rooms are!!! 5 star hotel!! Thanks American Best Value Inn!! Great rooms and excellent food!!

Positive: The floors were clean laminate, no smelly carpet. The refrigerator was unplugged . We noticed water on the floor.I just replugged it and wiped up the water. There were only two washcloths for my husband and I .coffee condiments chemicals only Negative: I thought there was complementary breakfast . We checked out about 8 am. The office was darkened and locked. My husband knocked and enquired. A lady came to the door and explained, but he couldn?t understand what she said about breakfast .

We stayed in room 123, first off when we got to the room the manager was very rude to us , once we got our room we open the door and it was full of bugs and smelled like mold, wich you could visably see in the bathroom. We called that desk and asked that the sheets be changed and the manager said that house keepng was gone for the day and we would have to change them our selves, i said fine what ever, he diddnt even ask us if we wanted to switch rooms, this all happend on || 6-1-2018, now on 6-2-2018, we went back to the hotel and i asked the nice young lady behind the desk if we could swich rooms because of the mold problem because me and my boy are highly alergic to. She said she will have to ask the manager, once agian he was very rude to me about it, and even raised his voice

Great I mean GREAT A/C 'S!!! Rooms were great for our crew clean a little musty . Other than that rooms were fine. Now service different story. Workers are not that polite. Breakfast is cereal fruit or muffins that's it. Do have a restaurant for lunch an dinner. Every thing else was fine.

I was told not to stay here and I went with my own judgment and booked anyway since it was last minute. The room was clean (bedding and towels), great value, and hot running water. I honestly had no complaints. Yes, it’s looks old, but it’s kind of expected in a small town. I will be staying again. Thanks America Inn.
