Americas Best Value Inn Wenona

This place is absolutely filthy. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. The staff is friendly, but that’s it. The floors were dirty, all the edges of the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed/dusted in months. The bathroom was so outdated that the shower curtain hangers were coming out of the wall, rust everywhere, a bug on the bathroom floor, no soap in the soap dispensers, and shower curtain had mold on it. The white linens were clean, but smelled so incredibly strong of bleach. There was a burn hole on one of the comforters and the other comforter had a huge stain. We would’ve walked out but with a family 6 at 11:30pm at night, we didn’t have much of a choice. Please clean your rooms, this is not a clean atmosphere!

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, where the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist with any request. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants without being noisy. Breakfast was fresh and had a great selection every morning. I would definitely return on my next trip.

This place just keeps getting worse. We stay a couple times a year to visit family in town. It’s progressively gotten nastier over time. This time the room was horrible. Roaches. Dirty towels, no soap, filthy floors, hair in the tub showing it obviously wasn’t cleaned, the new linoleum floors were greasy and filthy, exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, broken windows in rooms adjacent to ours, common areas were disgusting and the pillows were a joke. We will definitely find some place else to stay when visiting next time. Even if it’s a long way away.

I little scary, no soap, spots on towels ,made us walk in the back door, through a foot of snow, Busted lights in the room, carpet needed vacuuming, moldy soap dispensers, had to almost beg for 2 extra pillows. The own was nice, but we just drove in out of the bad weather, and he charged us $90 per room, Instead of the normal $55. We got the impression that most the room, weren't even open to the public.
