Clean rooms, comfy beds, horrible customer service. The third party app I booked through had some complications with my payment, the hotel manager said he didn’t receive the payment the following morning and tried to make me pay for the 1 night stay twice even though I had the bank statement to prove I paid it, and got my confirmation. When I refused to pay for it again, he then refused to give my cash deposit back and threatened to call the police. So I said I would call them myself if he didn’t give me my money back. He then cussed my out, threw my 40$ deposit at me, and told me I was never aloud back at his hotel again. I tried to help figure the situation out and calling the third party (trip.com) trip told me it was an issue on their end and all they had to do was talk with the manage

First off,they have roaches.i seen two on the bed this morning. After checking out,ran into a best friend of mine that just happened to had been staying there. Got into her room to wait for ride and here comes the owner/manager and his woman..yelling at all of us "how many in room?how many stay here?" " Only two stay here!" Making me and my son leave to stand in the hot sun. Not caring about any heart problems or anything. Treating a paying customer like they were trash and not welcomed at their establishment. Won't ever spend another $73.00 to rent a room there ever again.

Positive: Room good for the price Negative: No hot breakfast, except wafflemaker

1 star is too good for this place. Man at the front counter always has the worst attitude and acts like you are incompetent every time you speak with him. Refuses to help with anything or answer any questions other than “figure it out on the website” There were MULTIPLE cockroaches in my room the entire duration of my stay, sheets were stained and smelled, there was a big hole in the wall that had not been attempted to fix and he refused to refund me for days I would not be using when I told him I needed to check out early. I was again told “figure it out on the website” when i paid WITH MY CARD, WITH HIM, AT THE HOTEL. I promise the small amount you would pay more to stay somewhere else will be WELL worth it considering the headache you will save from having to interact with these heart

Booked via employer's website for one person one night at $70 but very disappointed. Too noisy-hard to sleep due to highway noise. Rooms are in bad condition. Breakfast better not talk about it. No hot breakfast. Cereal are also not refilled. Don't eat anything as you might fall sick(it might be too old and stale item). Managed by Gujrati family who is really nice but otherwise this place is strict no from my side.
