Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Spring Valley

Giving four stars, though probably 3 stars would be best. I have never stayed at an ABVI because they usually have pretty bad ratings and reviews. This property had okay reviews. The room felt clean... though it felt very much like a budget hotel and that is okay. The hotel was quiet and the staff generally fine. I have no concerns with the cleanliness and in a pinch the property would do. I don't have a ton wonderful to say. I also don't have a lot of negative to say because really this is a budget property and it served its purpose.

Great hotel! Got stuck here during a blizzard. Clean rooms, awesome Ms. Pac Man Machine & waffles for breakfast, showerhead could use replacing though

Positive: Location Negative: The room was not clean. Bedding was soiled and I had to request new sheets which I had to change as they asked me to do it!!!! Mattress was soiled with old blood stains and mattress cover full of dark hair!!!! Bathroom towels were also soiled

I was in town for a family reunion and stayed at this hotel. It was clean and well organized . Friendly staff and lots if options for breakfast . From hot breakfast like waffles to cold cereals . The coffee is excellent . I always had a clean room and fresh towels. Its conviently located and walkable to stores and places to eat . They have a binder in the office that offers local dining menus and info for nearby cities.. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend staying here .

Clean room, decent size bathroom. The water pressure on the toilet was lacking (two flush minimum) The price for one night was doable. Their breakfast game was a little weak, but free so who would complain.
