Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Hesston

Gentleman watching the counter was nice. The whole place looks abandoned. I could not use my Expedia reservation, so that was frustrating as I lost that money. The motel was quiet but under a lot of construction. The room needs a decor update and did not cool down even when the AC was set to cool to 60 on the highest fan setting. The room was not clean. There were ants everywhere. The bedding was not clean, the towels had large yellow stains. There were leftover crumbs on the floor. There were holes in the walls in the bathroom, and it looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. Lots of dirt/stains everywhere. There was no restaurant unlike the advertisement. Do not stay at this hotel, it is a SCAM. This hotel has two different names and will charge you a no show fee when you stayed the night. Fairview Inn By OYO Hesston and America's Best Value Inn & Suites the address to both places are 606 E Lincoln Blvd, Hesston, KS 67062. One hotel will charge you for the stay the other hotel will charge you a no show fee and will not give you money back.

Lady at the front desk was rude at best demanding to see our service dog papers. They don't have the pool filled nor is there breakfast like they're page states they due. Heater works well, they've got about 100 channels and Pizza Hut is nextdoor. Those are the only three things it's got going, everything else is sub-par or worse. I mean seriously how are you going to leave one coffee for two bed room!?

The lady at the front desk, likely all of them actually NEED to read the pictures I left here and LEARN what you can and can not ask a disabled person about their service dogs. As for the rooms, they're warm and safe. Do not expect any service though. They hide behind locked doors. They provide two cups, one coffee for two people, and will not give you any more because they lock you out of the front room, and even if you GET to the front, they won't answer. Edited to add: Coffee doesn't even work in this room. If this is how they react when corrected and they're wrong, then we'll make sure to never bring our business to this company again. We were quite disappointed in our experience. On the sign outside, there was a swimming pool and free continental breakfast advertised. The swimming pool was empty of water. No breakfast any of the days we were there. And there was no mention of that at check in or any signs stating there was no pool or breakfast. The rooms and hallways had a very peculiar odor and seemed run down. The ceiling tiles above our shower seemed to have heavy water damage and looked like they'd cave in at any time. The ac did work well and we did have hot water and there was a good selection of channels to watch. Overall, would not stay there again though.
