I use to love this motel I've spent alot of money with them until I was put on the no rent list for basically checking a maid that came to me and asked me how long I was staying because there was someone coming with a large group that needed that room which was a suite yet there are like 2 or 3 other suits so when I said what got damn difference does it make how long I stay if I have paid for the room put them in another one plus y'all gave the rooms I already prepaid to other ppl y'all can do it to someone else. And because I said that she then went and lied and said I smoked in the room and I was rude to her. Maybe was alil rude but it rubbed me the wrong way especially when I've been done wrong by them multiple times.... I have tried to to get ahold of the manager several times only to

Came into my room and found two large pills laying on a supposed freshly cleaned room. No breakfast first day, second day breakfast was not good at all. Night shift clerk blared the TV in the commons all night which my room was just above it. Hot tub doesn’t work, work out center is “out of order.” Conference room closed and full of towels they’re folding. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else, this place is horrible.

Check in is kind of a joke. If you are paying in cash, expect to pay an extra $100 along with a $50 room deposit I'm assuming for incidentals that they do take out at check in and refund after you check out. It did take me 1 day to receive it back using Chime. I booked a king bed with pull out sofa however when I got into my room I had a king bed with 2 chairs! I didn't complain due to staying there before a couple weeks earlier and then giving me a1 king room when I booked a double queen and I had to argue with the lady about getting the room I booked! I booked a room and and ask for bottom floor because I have a bad back and I'm 74. My friend has bad knees. So I was put on 3rd floor. Next morning the elevator was out of order. The room we had was just nasty. Walls were nasty holes in carpet. The balcony was molded and nasty with dirt bober nests. When I called downstairs about elevator they said they dont open til 10 for repairs. I called hotel at 5 and the elevator was still Out of order. When I ask the desk clerk how i was going to get my luggage down stairs she didn't seem concerned. I ask about taking some off my bill she refused. I will never stay there again and we go to Canton quite often. I feel I should have at least been giving some of my money back. Don't stay here its disgusting.
