Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Branson - Near the Strip

The internet says free hot breakfast, there is none. The A/C is loud, the sink and tub have no stopper. The only ice machine is on second floor but doesn't work. The microwave in our room doesn't work so had to eat cold pizza for breakfast that we had leftover since no breakfast. The volume on TV can't be turned up loud enough. We come to Branson about 3 times a year. Will not stay here again!

Positive: Excellent location. Polite staff. Clean room. Negative: Too many smokers make the place smell like an ashtray. Smokers on every balcony. The rooms are non smoking. The property is not. So smokers to just step outside the door to smoke. The parking lot is the ashtray. $25 dollar pet fee not disclosed in advance

I am physically handicapped and bathroom was extremely small so I could not get my walker in there. The staff was friendly. The room looked ok but there were flies and roaches everywhere. The hair dryer did not work or most of the outlets. I left at 3 in the morning when roach crawled up my leg while using restroom.My recommendation is to not walk but run away from the motel!!!!

always clean if not a little sketchy. I have stayed here several times over the past year and the rooms are always clean, the staff is always very nice. the last time I was there in July the housekeeper stopped me in the hall to ask if I needed anything. They also upgraded my room to a suite for free once which was nice and big. All in all not the fanciest but the staff is always super nice and the rooms are clean.

There is no pool the rooms are good for cheap. No bed bugs or spiders and the beds are very comfortable. No hair dryers. Towels are very small.
