Absolutely awful!! Manager is extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. The rooms are gross and outdated. The tvs don't work. Wifi doesn't work... So you pay $450 a week to sit in silence, on vacation.... And get yelled at from a grown man bc you asked to be moved to a room with a working TV and Internet. Like threaten to call the cops, need anger management type yelling. . I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't beat his poor wife at home. It was super creepy.

Positive: Its in a nice place and the woman at the front desk was nice. Negative: Really dirty room, bad smell, shower had not been cleaned, counter not cleaned, cigarette burns everywhere. I've stayed at a lot of shifty motels and this was the worst.

Stayed here last night . Room was basically clean . TV remote had no batteries. We were on the second floor and I have bad hips and knees so I didn't go down to get more batteries. Coffee and donuts were good and the location was great . It could use some upgrades. The floor in the bathroom had broken tiles and they were wall tile not made for floors.

This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. My daughters and I went to visit family that live not too far from this hotel. We brought the family dogs and needed a place that was pet friendly. This hotel was and the price was right. Also it was a direct ride from our relative’s house. Well it was a bit of a frightening experience. Lots of people were hanging out outside smoking. The room had a heavy smoke smell even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The room was very cold looking and not appealing at all. It also did not look like the pictures on the website. Save your money and go somewhere better. On the brighter side, the lady at the front desk was very nice. The only positive.

Absolutely disgusting rooms with blood splatter on the mirrors. Lady at the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude and refused to let us speak to a manager because he was “off duty”. Refused a refund. I’ve never experienced worse service in my life, police were called but weren’t able to do anything either. Blood is a BIOHAZARD (and blood splatter doesn’t just casually happen on mirrors) and with the amount of crime happening at this place I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially travelling alone. This place is compliant in things that I would rather never know about. Ended up leaving the state and going back home.
