Americas Best Value Inn Rialto

I paid $136 and a $40 cash deposit for a one bed. The room was spacious, well organized, the surfaces seemed clean and so did the bathtub but those are about the only good things. The bedsheets weren't washed, which is the biggest issue; the towels were stained, and there was mold on the lining of the shower curtain. On top of the hygienic concerns, there's very little noise isolation in the room, we could hear people throughout the night closing doors and talking.

I never stayed at place more dirtier then this one.. After I notified the management that I will have my kids staying with me they gave me a smoking room which I didn't know until I walked into it. First thing as i opened the door was a bad smell of cigarettes that's when I knew it was a smoking room. Lucky kids where still in school and not with me at that time. After a quick look around with my wife we started to notice other things that were unsanitary for the room, which was burned cigarettes holes on the bed covers , dirty air filter cover for the air conditioner, and dirty ironing board with no iron whats the point of having that. Then i made my way to the restroom which got worse the light switch looks like nobody ever cleaned it or wiped it down, the bathtub floor was really dirt

DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL, 4 MEN HAVE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR (different times) THANKFULLY I didn’t open but they were persistent on me opening the door pretending they couldn’t hear me, I called the front office and I told him about my situation and he said he was looking at the cameras and sees nothing , then I said go back 20 minutes or so and he says he couldn’t access the cameras. But he didn’t see anyone coming to my room. I am a mother and i have my child with me and i do not feel safe with strangers knocking on my door , i asked for a refund or some kind of reimbursement for the fact of not being safe in the room with my child. And front desk hung up.

The room itself was clean and quiet. The advertised price was $85, they charged me $115.00 + $40 cash deposit which was refunded after they checked the room on checkout and there isn't even breakfast for that price

Would give ZERO stars if I could - 0/10 do NOT recommend this hotel whatsoever - literally stay anywhere else. Spending the night in our car would have been better. We received a smoking room, and it smelled terrible - not sure why smoking rooms still exist nowadays. Worst part: ANTS!!! The room was infested with ants, alive and crawling around - even making it into one of the beds (see attached images). Upon checking in and seeing this, we informed the front desk and they were extremely unhelpful and dismissive, offering no assistance or accommodation whatsoever - just said we could speak to the manager in the morning. There were stains everywhere - beds, linens (see attached image), shower curtain, floors (some of which looked like blood). The shower was not cleaned prior to our check-in
