We went to this hotel to rent a smoking room, we were told there was no smoking room available, an was told to smoke outside, once we made it upstairs to the room, there was an ashtray, so he lied, anwe had to stand outside in 40degree wheather anytime we wanted to smoke, then there was a hole in the door where the peep hole should have been, we went to enquire about ice, they told us how to get to the ice machine, an it was non functional and broken, the refrigerator leaked water all over the floor, no coffee pot, then was awoken a little after 9a.m with the cleaning lady coming into our room while we were asleep(2 hrs before check out) I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING A ROOM AT THIS PLACE!!! 🥺💯 We will NEVER stay here again!! My stay started off rocky but the hotel clerk helped smooth everything out. The rooms are well decorated and beautiful. I like the layout with the available desk and office chair. I work remotely so this was an unexpected addition to the room.

Well this place is disgusting. Dirty Grey towels , dirty (2) pillows on the bed s were so noticable against the obviously newer sheets , no hot water , the microwave breaker kept blowing if you ran it along with the television on, The mold in the drain and on the tiles were and interesting touch also They say, on the sign out in front and on- line they offer breakfast , this is a blatent lie. The walkways leading to the rooms have seen better days, making you feel your being led to the grimyiest of gettos in the worst hood ,your imagination can cook up . The feeling of despair filled my heart as I awakened in this dump this morning as I was too tired to change hotels last night , after a long days drive. If you want to feel like your down and out than this is your place .

This place is DISGUSTING. We reserved this place on line. Once we got there and got to our room, it was horrible. The carpets were stained badly. Every single piece of bedding had burn holes in it. The office chair looked like it had been there since 1981 (as did pretty much everything else, except for the tv). Most everything in the room seriously needed to be pulled out and thrown in a dumpster. The door had no threshold at the bottom, so you had like a 1/2" gap. Likewise, they advertise the place as having a pool. Well, it does, but it has no water in it. So it's pretty much a bait and switch thing. How this place gets 5 star reviews from ANYONE is beyond me. All I can figure is if someone is giving this place a 5 star review, they must live in absolute deplorable conditions or they are
