Americas Best Value Inn North Highlands Sacramento

I visited a family member here last night and I was appauled at the condition of this hotel. We spent the whole time visiting by my car because I didn't feel safe to leave it unattended. The level of filth is on a new level I've never seen before. The smell of drugs being used is insane. A lot of the folks I saw I wouldn't trust with anything. We we're approached by hookers and drug dealers a few times standing by my car. I did a check on this place on 7 online booking sites and the reviews are all the same with the the same lame responses from the owner or management. Thankfully I have friends in the local goverment and met with a couple of them today and showed them the many printed out reviews and pictures from guests and they were as appauled as I was. To start, let me say I had no problem with the front desk staff. They were friendly and efficient when I checked in and checked out. But that is where the compliments end. This is NOT a place I'd recommend to anybody.||||The walls were grimy. The TV had some sort of crud on it. The refrigerator door was all scratched up. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The place smelled like smoke. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. And I found a soiled condom in the parking lot. If I didn't see shady characters on bicycles roaming in and around the parking lot, I might have just stayed in my car for the night. Booking a room there was a real mistake.

Positive: Nothing can say about this hotel so dirty Negative: Yes wasted my money I did even sleep there I try to get my money back they don?t give it to me

Worst hotel I've ever stayed. Filthy room. Scratched up walls. Broken chair. Loud dogs in other rooms in the middle of the night.

This motel is in great need of maintenance and cleaning the rooms properly. The sink doesn't drain, shower drain is clogged with a lot of hair, bathroom was not cleaned very well, if at all, a/c/heater not working to be comfortable, has a small refrigerator that doesn't appear to have been cleaned, sink faucet broken, not able to get hot water from it, bathroom door has severe damage and it's been put together with lots of screws, inside front door has nasty stains, as well as all of the wall plates, not too sure about room service? Good thing, no cockroaches as of yet. Not sure if returning to stay.
