Americas Best Value Inn Malvern

I wouldn’t even rate a star……. We stayed 3 nights & 4 days. Honestly, this hotel is one of the nastiest I’ve ever had to stay in. Housekeeping does not upkeep these rooms. The laundry facilities (if you’re lucky to find it) is one of the most wore out washer & dryer I’ve ever used . $2 to wash & $2 to dry. And it takes FOREVER, & that’s just one load. As far as the facilities inside my room….. toilet sounded like it was going to run over when you flush it. No water pressure. Only a shower in this room. Refrigerator had a really bad odor inside, the microwave was filthy. This was a company/business stay. They didn’t know that this hotel was this bad off or we would have been in a totally different hotel. As far as customer service, it sucked ROYALLY. We were booked for Tuesday

As a seasoned traveler I know to check reviews first and failed to do so this time. As the other comments have mentioned the rooms are a hot mess. I started with a non smoking room that smelled like an ash tray and finished in a room that smelled like a sour mop head. There were dirty q-tips, cobwebs, dirty tub, and toilet among others. The fridge didn’t work and you wouldn’t want to put food in the microwave. ||||The only positive I have is the lady working the desk during the day is polite. She truly seemed apologetic about the rooms but you could tell there was nothing she could do other than continue to offer another room. This is a place you should avoid at all costs. It’s unsanitary and in my opinion unsafe. Don’t give any credit to the generic, empty apology from management

Nice motel for the price. The room could have been cleaned better, but there were no bugs and I was very comfortable and warm. They even gave me a room where I could just step outside my door to the dog area.

The room was disgusting, there were roaches, live and dead. The floor was not swept. We had 2 Queen size beds, and yet there was only one set of towels. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor every time you used it, and there was no ventilation inside the bathroom. The air conditioner was falling apart and worked when it wanted. There was a office chair that tuck so far out you could even walk by it. Everything had paint spray on it and the covered in dust. Definitely not worth the $110 we paid Should have a zero star About the only good thing was the bed were comfortable
