Americas Best Value Inn Hazlehurst, GA

Microwave did not work and the hotel needs to remove the pool picture bc that is false advertisement when the pool is not usable. Staff did not knock before entering the room and there was no Do Not Disturb signs.

The most positive thing i can Give is the bed was clean. There were bugs crawling on the wall my husband thought they were baby cockroaches but i didn't see any adults but I killed them and slept with the lights on all night because we didnt find this place till midnight and my husband said it was to late we were not leaving. We stayed in a kimg room that had a odd smell. And when i checked for bugs behind the mattress it had cobwebs and filth. This is the first bad review I've given to a hotel in years

This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. If you leave the room for an extended period of time, they will assume you left and give your room away. My husband works 10+ hr shifts and they assumed he left because he didn't feel secure leaving his belongings in the room when he's not there. His brother had things going missing to accompany his insecurities about his unattended personals. They DO NOT knock before entering room. This morning they just opened the door on my husband, his co worker and myself with no knock at around 8am. The beds are hard and very outdated rooms in general. The only thing keeping them in business is struggling folks who don't have many options especially during this hurricane season.

Great value prices with limited perks are as easy as it gets in most hotels and resorts
