Very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. The room was dirty and full of insects, and it was impossible to feel comfortable. The bathroom was broken, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned properly. After staying here, I experienced itching on my skin, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff attitude was terrible. The morning front desk employee was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. There was poor communication regarding the booking and payment, and instead of taking responsibility, they treated the guest badly. Honestly, sleeping on the street would be better than staying at this place. Overall, this motel is poorly managed, unhygienic, and not worth the money. I do not recommend this motel and will never stay here again.

Positive: is was close to the hospital Negative: Everything was Gross!!! bathroom tubs had bugs, blankets had cigarette burns, carpet was sticky!!! In my opinion I should get a refund on this nasty room. And we had an infant, the room smelled of mold.

The hotel was what....you would expect. I will simply say that I am rating this hotel as excellent because of the facility itself. I rating it a 5 because of the people. ||When I came in quite exhausted from the road, Yasmine the desk clerk was friendly, easy to laugh, and did me a solid. ||When I departed the next day and realized at the height of traffic I left medications behind, Chirone secured the medication, made sure I could retrieve it when it didn't add 2 hrs, to my day, and was pleasant and quick to call back. ||This is the reason this place deserves a 5.

This place is an absolute dump. We only booked it because it was cheap, and that was a huge mistake. The TV didn’t work, the beds were disgusting with cigarette burn holes (even though it says no smoking in rooms), and the pillows were super thin, mismatched, and clearly not clean. There was hair in the bathtub/towels, stains smeared all over the walls, and the entire room looked like it hasn’t been touched in decades. The toilet was cracked at the base, along with the shower — which is not only gross but unsafe. We were only here for a few hours and didn’t have time to go elsewhere, but I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. Completely rundown, filthy, and poorly maintained. Save your money and go literally anywhere else, pay the extra money to stay in a clean hotel. The staff

I was completely disgusted at the room! Pictures are photo shopped! Rented a kind suit for the weekend. Getting into the room was a nightmare as there was a lady and her kid staying at the back stair entrance for the top floor smoking Crack and her poor kid just sitting there watching. Outside was filled with trash and the smell of urine was so strong. So much traffic definitely a Hotspot for drugs. Inside the room the fridge tv and microwave didnt work. The room looks like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. The bathroom also had not been cleaned in moths. The room was infested with cockroaches. When asking for another room we was told no there was none available. We asked if someone can clean it and was also told no there was Noone available to clean it...sad dont waster your money!
