Americas Best Value Inn Annandale

Visit was just to the pool. The staff was very friendly. Pool area was very nice and very clean..

Positive: The manager was a nice guy. Negative: The hot tub was first cold, then fixed. Later it was cold again.

Update: Almost 2 weeks later I was charged for a room. If I could give this experience a 0 I would. Do not stay here! ---- I can't speak to the rooms because my review is based on trying to make a reservation. I had a horrible experience trying to reserve a room. I was trying to book directly through the Inn's website. ( I was not using a 3rd party site) I picked my dates and room, but when I checked out, it told me I'd reserved a room for that night and I panicked because the site said non-refundable within 24 hours of your stay! I thought maybe I'd made an error and called the hotel right away. They were extremely unhelpful and said they couldn't help me with online reservations, and the weekend I wanted was booked except for their most expensive room. When I got off the phone, I looke

My brother and I stayed at the America's Best Value Inn in Annandale, MN. We had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel has a well-kept pool and hot tub. The lobby of the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

If you’re looking for Careless and unprofessional stay here!!! There is no one to greet you or help you in anyway at check in. No one at the front desk or anywhere to be found. There is however a sign that says dial 0 for assistance and you get to stand there for over 40 minutes with your hands full of your luggage & things while watching the other phone ring across the desk. I dialed zero as instructed over and over for 43 minutes. So you get to stand there for a long time holding your things while you wait and wait and wait. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again will I stay here, you shouldn’t either. Unbelievable!!!!
