American Inn & Suites Whitehall Arkansas

stayed at the hotel for 3 days last week and it was great. rooms are big and loved the huge tv in room with all the channels. was able to connect my ps4 easily. played all evening without any connection interruption. the service is good and got my room cleaned everyday. just wish they had coffee maker in the room. no bigger since mcdonalds is right in front of the hotel!

All in all, for the prices of the rooms, it’s not a bad place to stay. I travel for work and I’ve stayed here several times. They just remodeled the floors and made the rooms look more modern. They give towels daily which is a plus because I do construction work and am often rather dirty after work. I’d recommend this motel to anyone needing a place to stay

This Inn is the best. I travel for work and need a safe, clean and quiet place to stay while I’m busy. The Inn is very clean and the service is very friendly. It’s also very affordable and the location is very convenient. It’s just a half mile from the highway on ramp which also has a truck stop gas station which means you don’t have to fight traffic to get in and out quickly. There’s also several restaurants around the Inn. I would highly recommend this Inn and I would also advise to stay clear of any hotels inside the Pine Bluff city limits. There’s a lot of crime and drugs in Pine Bluff, but this Inn is safely located on the outskirts and dramatically different from the Pine Bluff area.

Unfortunately I can't give this any -stars. Terrible customer service trying to useairline miles. After driving all night and looking for a place with early check-in to get a nap in before continuing our trip. I made a call to one hotel who said it's to early to check-in. I called this hotel and they said it's fine, no problem, and to come on over and they can get us in early. On the way there we booked the room on American Airlines, only to discover, when we arrived, that they won't take us after all because we used miles and not cash. They also refused to refund the miles even though we didn't set foot in the room or the lobby because you have to use the window and stand outside early in the morning. Very sad that businesses are hurting so bad that they have to steal from the consumer.
