Hotel is under new owner and management. Everything was super nice. Staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. Very much improved. Pool was very clean. Excellent. Definitely recommend.

***UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP*** We flew in from Washington state for a celebration of life. Normally I check reviews, but due to the circumstances, we just booked the closest we could find to family and service. I had called the day before to confirm the rooms had hair dryers, but there was a language barrier and the gentlemen on the other end was curt, seemed frustrated with me, and had trouble answering my question. I was nervous. However, when we checked in late Thursday we were greeted by two smiling gentlemen who just informed us they had taken ownership of the hotel literally hours before. They informed us the upgraded the room at no charge and we had brand new pillows because the room we had been booked in was "unsuitable for guests." Positive: There is more not great things, but I’m limited on space. I just expect more out of this brand/branch of hotel and I was sincerely let down. Negative: AC units in all hallways&common areas not running was probably over 80° inside. The ac unit in the hallway was missing connection piece so no one could turn it on. AC In room leaked onto carpet, Breakfast was beyond limited, including coffee station.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in a very long time. There was no one at the front desk when we came in, so I dialed the phone on the front desk and it just rang and rang and finally went to a message saying, "Sorry we missed you." I hung up and waited a bit hoping someone would show. A few minutes later a cell phone rang in the room right next to us behind the front desk and a man picked it up. I angrily dialed the phone again and the man finally came out. He looked put out that he had to be checking us in. We were the only people in the whole hotel. He gave us our key cards, loose without an envelope, said our room number and walked away. The bedsheets were stained, the walls were stained, the towels were gray, the tub wasn't drained, and the cabinet for the fridge had a t

Run far away from this hotel. There were cockroaches on the walls, the floor, and the ceiling. Spiders and little black bugs crawling on the bathroom wall. We walked in and walked back out. The hotel refused to give us a refund. The room was musty smelling, water stains on the ceiling, dirty steaks on the wall, fabric on the furniture was stained. The manager and front desk operator refused to refund our $150, but did offer to let us stay in another room which was equally repulsive. DO NOT STAY HERE.
