Weird motel I ever stayed in, roaches, bed bugs, rude as hell customer service! I’m planning on going to get a lawyer soon and getting what I deserve and the owner deserves In return for how I was treated and other situations

0 stars. First riom had bugs in the bathtub, second room fridge and remote didn't work. Owner manager doesnt return calls, there is no one to speak to about this or get a refund.

My wife and I booked a room here because it appeared clean and was affordable enough. Upon arrival, we noticed a police officer patrolling the parking lot, the clerk let us choose our own room out of several (which just doesn't happen at a decent hotel) and the rooms we didn't choose smelled horribly), and we were informed that no employees were available that evening to clean or assist us. When we did choose a room, the light bulbs in the lamps were various colors, the bathroom wasn't clean, and there were holes in the sheets!! My wife and I decided that even if we had to eat the cost, it was worth it to find another hotel to stay in for the night. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Hi i just need my refund money of amount of 81$ for my check in date last april 25,2025 itenirary # 73090503335063 , the reason i dont use your room because its says in the web site is NON SMOKING, but when u enter the room , the room smells cigarette,FYI i canT even stay inside the room atleast 5mnts becauae i have an asthma, i hope you guys understand my side, and also the expedia company keep calling your location regarding this issue and you guys keep give them a Reason of “THE MANAGER IS NOT AROUND”””” please fixed this issued! And please see the pictures attached of my proof that your room smoking detertor are broken! Thanks

The guy who works the desk is super intrusive, rude and nosey. At one point in the evening he walked straight into our room, no warning, asking us about some noise. ( bed shaking) . It was the hot tub suite and we only get those kinda rooms for one reason.
