American Inn Pontotoc

The beds are awful. They’re flat like sleeping on the floor. One of the beds are moving like it’s not stationary called the front desk to see if they could Possibly put us in another room. I called the front desk. The lady was extremely rude. Told me that all the beds were the same and that she could not do anything to help me I asked to speak to their owners. They are not here right now. And when I asked her, if she could help, she replied, she could not. Then when I asked her what her name was, she hung up the phone and would not answer again this is not acceptable. Any hotel or motel would still take care of the customers will not recommend this to anybody and will not be back

Very accommodating! We stayed one night and accidentally booked a smoking room and they switched us over to a non smoking , very clean :)

Its a motel but its not a gross hotel. Rooms were clean. Bathroom and shower were fine. Ac was ok but kinda noisy. Bed was firm but comfy enough. Only things is if I come back, I'll bring my own towels/shampoo/conditioner. Check-in went smooth the lady was nice. Location is good. Only motel in Pontotoc MS.

Well this is a bummer could not get any rest at hotel iv done killed 8 roaches since I been here an they allow loud music the people in the room next me blasted

Room was a little mildewy smelling from the A/C but otherwise great overall place
