5 stars for what it is: lower cost lodgings. Yes, a bit dated, but very clean, comfortable! Laminate floors, comfy bed, fridge, micro. Tons of hot water. Repeat of others: clise to store, restaurants other than fast food. Parking right in front if door.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and a budget friendly option overall. Came here for work and needed a place to stay. ||Location: |There are plenty of places like a grocery store, Starbucks, Mexican restaurants and gas stations nearby. Close to the the Interstate 5 and Highway 99.

I'm glad there was a room available. Many places were sold out. I left a different place that was being used as a homeless shelter. ||This was Very Clean. Wood type floor better for my allergies than carpets. AC worked great. New curtains. Lots of outlets. Fridge, MW worked fine. Quiet. I slept well.||Nice hosts.

I've stayed here 4 times now and have been pleasantly surprised each time. Its located on the main street in town about a minute off of I-5. The rooms are recently updated, the King bed is very comfortable, it is impeccably clean, large TV with a good selection of cable channels, the water is hot, the shower is great, it is quiet at night, everything is on one level so no neighbors above or below, coin laundry is available for $1 a load, in-room coffee maker and fridge, and the room is appointed nicely for this price. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They offer a minimal breakfast--cold cereal and milk. I actually look forward to staying here. For the price, its a good deal. Most people tend to avoid mom-and-pop motels in favor of the large chains, but that would be a mistake here

I called and they don't accept service dogs 😒 😤 😑 🙄
