Ameri-Stay Inn & Suites

I'll say that this place is quite cheap, but you'll pay a price for seeking such a discounted one... Definitely not the three stars listed on maps. They do allow dogs which is a perk! I guess it's a $25 fee, per night, if it's not a service dog. The west end of the hallway has the odor of indoor smoking mixed with urine. My room however smelled like Pine-Sol. I was relieved... until I noticed the old french fries just left on the air conditioner, and the holes in the walls. Rarely was I able to take a warm shower; the water temperature struggles to make it above lukewarm most days I was there. You'll find the hallway carpets often have items like used q-tips, dirty towels, and dirt stains. Their security system is pretty insane. They clearly spend more on their security system than they do

1st off the only reason I gave 3 for the rooms is becuase they are very dated and in need of an upgrade. Dee and Eddie make up for that though I assure you!!! Sooooo I am very impressed with the staff!!! The wonderful lady that checked me in, (Dee) was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. The maintenance guy, (Eddie) solid dude he is. My tv did not have a picture when i powered it on but there was sound. I called down to the front desk and Dee answered and assured me it would be taken care of right away. 5mins later she calls my room to update me on the maintenance guys eta. The maintenance dude was at my door 10mins later. He troubleshooted it and had it fixed within 5. Very impressed with both employees. They are the kind of employees that deserve so much more. Positive: Staff was nice, parking lot was clean. Negative: People were loud in rooms, tv, talking, loud music. Staff should have done something about keeping it quiet after 10pm

I was traveling cross country after a long day of driving. Couldn't book ahead because I didn't know where I'd end up on my route. Found this place and they had one room available. I should have read the reviews before I booked the place. My room is nice enough but it's not clean. There's food product on the floor. The toilet paper roll is almost empty with no visible replacement. There's a party going on in several rooms around me yelling, swearing, music, tv blaring and it is almost 1:30 am. I have a long day of travel tomorrow and I'm afraid to say anything to these people or the management in the event that there is retaliation. The freeway noise is noticeable. I doubt I'll get much sleep tonight.

Dee the manager is so amazing! She doesn't treat you just as another guest. She treats you as a human and a friend! It's so amazing to get this type of "service" it made me so much happier staying here!
