Ameniti Bay, BW Signature Collection

I booked the room through a third party and they made a mistake on the style of room that they marketed, We ended up taking one of there more basic rooms because we were told that’s all they had left instead of the nicer room that we had already paid for. I probably would have never said anything to the manager the next morning except that the room we stayed in ended up being rather noisy and we didn’t have a very good night because of it. When I mentioned it to Tim at the front desk the next morning he promptly told me how he was going to take care of it for us, He went up and above what I was expecting, I was very happy with how we were treated, We will certainly be staying here again! Thanks is Tim for your kindness and help!

This was by far, the nicest, cleanest, and professional Best Western that I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. My son dropped his phone down the elevator shaft and within a few days they called and retrieved it, then had it shipped home back to Tennessee. It is uncommon these days for hotels to really go the extra mile. I highly recommend - the pool is also amazing as well as the location, central to dining and shopping needs.

My kids play competitive soccer, and I have traveled around Florida and even the country staying at different hotels for several years. The first time, I stayed at Amenity Bay’s Sister hotel, Magnolia Point, which is literally right next-door. It was such a good stay that I remembered it and decided to stay at Amenity Bay the next time I was in Sarasota. My stay was amazing They are two of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I highly recommend both of them!

The hotel was impeccably clean and modern, with newly appointed facilities throughout. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms offered generous space, providing a welcoming and relaxing environment. While not on par with luxury brands like the Ritz, it delivers excellent value as a high-quality, mid-tier five-star property.|The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and highly accommodating, contributing significantly to a positive stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.|Additionally, its location proved ideal for our needs—we were in town for my daughter's soccer tournament—and there were numerous excellent dining options conveniently nearby.

We have just completed yet another wonderful stay at Ameniti. From the front desk staff, to the cleaning crew, everyone made us feel welcome. Loved the view from our sixth floor king bed suite’s balcony. Enjoyed the use of the pool. It had plenty of space to lay out and was a great size to swim around. The inclusive breakfast had hot and cold options suitable for all diets. There’s always tea, coffee and water available in the lobby too. The fitness centre has a sit down bike, treadmill and rowing machine. There’s also a selection of weights and a bench. We will definitely be back!
