I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Got stuck out in the snow storm and had nothing with me. One night was already $95. When I asked for an extra pillow I was told to stop coming downstairs and bothering them. She said if I forgot my key card for the room I would have to sleep in my car or stand in the hallway. The lady would glare at you through the window whenever you went outside and it did not feel welcoming. The room wasn’t even clean. When I hit the bed dust came off and there was hair on the sink and mold in the shower. No purchasable food and the microwave didn’t work. The door to my room didn’t even lock I had to use the latch lock

I should have listened to what everyone was saying in the multiple bad reviews about this motel. It was dirty, sheets were horribly stained, obvious noticeable dirt and filth on the walls, mirror, light switches, etc. No coffee maker or anything in the room. Wifi password was nowhere to be seen and not easy to get since there is rarely anyone actually at the front desk. There are many things that could use improvement to put it frankly.

Don't waste your time and money. Truly awful. I travel for a living and I've put up with some bad motels. Everything here disappoints. Staff, rooms, location. It smells like urine and the staff is insufferable

Property won’t give me a refund after booking through third-party even though within three minutes of booking, I canceled with a protection plan would not recommend.

Room was disgusting and dirty. Sticky floors and sticky surfaces. Bathroom sink was dirty. Chair in the room was very stained, I don't even want to know. The room even had little black ice air freshener trees hanging in it? That should have been the first sign.
