Amazing Texas RV Resort and Campground

Stayed with Amazing Tx RV Park for over a year and never had a single issue nor concern regarding safety of my property. Conveniently located between Tatum and Longview, nothing was too far away. The owner and staff always bent over backwards to accommodate our needs as campers and temporary tenants. The park has all the amenities you could ever want…laundry, exercise, Basketball, dog park, children’s play area and swimming! Highly recommend staying there if you’re ever in the Tatum/Longview area.

Edit: My one start review will stay in place. They will call the cops on your delivery driver for simple delivering to you. Per the reply they have signs that say visitors and not service providers. To clarify I ask several people if a delivery driver a visitor and the answer was no. A visitor is someone you have coming to spend time with you and not someone dropping off a package who is a service provider. Harassing a delivery driver give the area a vibe of being insecure and unsafe. What's going on that you have to freak out on a driver who can verify their information? The owner is very unprofessional and would not do business with him. If you like the idea of staying in your comfy RV and having items delivered to you than do not rent here. We have lived here at Amazing Texas in our RV for 5 years. This is a family owned business and they all make sure their camper’s are happy. There is a large number of families that live here year round. The school system for the kiddos to go to is only 7 miles to Tatum, TX. The bus does stop here and I’ve heard nothing but good comments about the schools. We have access to a laundry room, a nice pool and a workout area. They also try to keep there little grocery store stocked with just about anything you might need. Great place to live or have a family reunion or just a weekend. 5+ stars!!

Delivery drivers and visitors be aware: While delivering groceries to a resident, I was confronted by someone claiming to be the property owner and told I was trespassing. Although there are signs instructing visitors to report to the office, there are no clear or specific instructions regarding food or grocery deliveries. The resident confirmed deliveries are allowed and that the office drop box is intended for UPS/FedEx only and not suitable for groceries. Management should clearly clarify delivery policies to prevent confrontations with delivery drivers.

Been here over two months and my stay has been great. VJ has been really helpful with the services that resort offers. The propane service is one of the beat amenities they ha e in this RV resort. I highly recommend this RV resort compared to any resort in the area. We will be here for a few more months so I will keep updating this review
