Alpine Rivers Inn

I was at this hotel about a week before Thanksgiving. It wasn't very busy and it is kind of set out of the way from all the main stuff but if you are willing to walk it you can be downtown in about 15 to 20 minutes. From what I could tell and of what I saw, not very handicap accessible. The rooms on the first floor as well as the office all have a gigantic step to get up into the building, I didn't get a chance to check the second floor. The room was very nice, just a single queen bed but also had a couch, coffee table and a sitting area with a table so you could eat your meals. Also has a TV, microwave and mini fridge and the nightstands came with USB adapters so you would only need a charge cord for your travel. Stayed one night and the shower never ran hot water. I tried to reach out to management/owner about the concern with absolute no response. When I called the person working they were very nice but could tell they felt uncomfortable having to give me the go around since management refused to handle it. Bad place to stay and bad place to work? |Also now reading their reviews on google where they have stranded people and didn't refund them for reservations?! Yeah stay away.

Positive: Couldn’t recommend more. Right on the edge of town. Room was clean and very spacious. Balcony view was an added bonus. This would be my go to on any future trip. Negative: ""

amazing! my friends and i loved our stay here, room was perfect, staff was welcoming, and free breakfast was delicious. just a short walk away from the main attractions of leavenworth - totally doable in even rainy and snowy conditions. beautiful view from room was a bonus!

Beware. They will lie and steal your money. My family arrived around 5:30 p.m. for check-in and were told our rooms were still unavailable because they were still being cleaned. The front desk told me to contact my third-party booking service for a full refund and said we could wait in the lobby in the meantime. (Pictured below is my family waiting in the lobby at 5:36 p.m. for our rooms to become available) While I was on the phone with the booking service, the representative told me the hotel refused to approve the refund. When I questioned the front desk, the staff’s tone immediately changed, and I was told I would not receive a refund, despite them being the ones who told me to request one. The hotel then fabricated a story claiming I arrived at 2 p.m. and declined one of the rooms,
