Almost Paradise RV Park LLC

This man asked for a deposit and when I tried to move in he was no where to be found and would not answer his phone. Finally when he called me days later after I had to get another spot at a different rv park he refused to give me my deposit back. He never told me that I was ok to hook up my rv just to let him know when I got there. I tried talking to him on the phone but he hung up on me before I could even finish speaking.

Spent 5 nights there last week, nice and quite utilities worked well. Met the owners on day 1 and didn't see them after. They have a neat little fishing dock on the property, I've heard it has good fishing when you catch the tide coming in. The town itself has minimum availability of restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. So plan to pack in what you need, otherwise you will have to back track to Victoria or Port Lavaca. There is LaTerraza Mexican and Bubba's Cajun Seafood that were good.

Spent 3 weeks here between a move. Quiet n decently secluded. Has a water leak that they came fixed right away. Residents were super helpful for a first timer rv-er.

They have small pads for your rv but they worked for a 26' motorhome. The bath house wasn't great and not well maintained. If you don't need the bath house this place would be great.

Just moved in this week and we love it. Could not be named better.. it's almost Paradise.. Thank you God for such great owners/landlords
