What a great, cozy little KOA tucked away in New Tripoli! My partner and I had an easy time navigating late-night check-in into our cabin. The owner was kind and every staff member we interacted with was helpful and kind! The camp store had good camping/food essentials that were cheap, even though they could mark it up if they wanted to (like some other campsites do!) Public bathrooms, in our experience, were clean and showers had good water pressure & hot water. Our cabin had A/C and heating, which was needed for the hot/cold temp swings of this fall season. It was quiet at night and family friendly. We’ve been to some larger KOA locations but prefer this one as it felt cozy and tucked away. Looking forward to coming back.

The entire place smelled like sour diarrhea the morning after we arrived and intermittently throughout our 5-day stay, it almost made me puke multiple times, it was unbearable. There were people ignoring quiet hours and children yelling throughout the night. The camp store and laundry were convenient, and the office delivers firewood and ice. The sites are very close together and there is quite a bit of light pollution, so don't expect a dark or quiet stay. You'll be better off in a hotel for all the trouble this place was. The ONE thing it has going for it is proximity to Dorney Park.

Arrived late and check-in was easy with our site clearly marked. Spot was close to bathrooms, quiet, and well lit. Woke up to a peaceful stream right behind us—perfect for morning coffee. Dog-friendly and easy to walk around. Great stay, we’ll definitely be back!

The campground is great. Lost of activities for children and things to do. Everything is very well cleaned and staff is nice. Owner is kinda weird. The wifi is horrible and there are lots of wood bees and nests everywhere. Some cabins don't have a refrigerator which we didn't know until be already checked in. We had to throw away lots of things that had to be refrigerated. The place overall is fine. Probably won't come back.

Too many complainers, very up tight, now. Use to be one of my favorite KOAs, now it just seems over priced and full of year-round campers that complain as a living. All in all it wasn't a bad stay for quiet rest. KOA used to be a community feel, I just didn't get it from this one. If you have dogs, be sure to keep them away from the local year rounders. Make sure you have a credit card if you stay in the cabins. Other than the complaints, and struggle with payment type, not the worst KOA, just not the KOA I'm used to.
