Great park, just sometimes difficult to get back in after dark
Another quaint park. Good for families. Good hook ups. Fishing was ok.
THE CAMP HOSTESS WILL HARASS YOU ABOUT TENT CAMPING IN AN ELECTRIC SPOT... YOU ARE ALLOWED TO... The camp hostess was super rude when she approached us about tent camping in an electric site. She insisted we couldn't tent camp there, she tried to call the game and parks on us trying to get us in trouble over nothing, and told us if the camper accompanying us wasn't there before dark she'd be calling them again. Fishing is 10/10 the camp hostess is a 0/10. To anyone planning on camping here do your research before you come so she doesn't try to bully you out of the spot like she tried to with us.
Nice place to camp and fish. Usually pretty quiet. The snack shack is open again so you can get bait and a meal if you want. Blue gill and crappie are pretty easy to catch here. I've caught some good size catfish too. But I usually throw a lure on for the bass.
Very nice lakes lots of camping spots. Hosts were very nice and helpful.
