Akron Extended Stay

This property exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home away from home. The decor was modern yet cozy, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the outdoor space — perfect for morning coffee. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Definitely booking again next time we’re in town.

The unit had severe cleanliness and safety issues. Mold was present in the bathroom, the AC blew a foul odor at times, cobwebs were everywhere, and there was a constant infestation of spiders and thousand-legged bugs so bad that I had to sleep in my car one night. Floors and surfaces were visibly unclean, and the exterior was neglected with debris and cobwebs. When I reported the bugs, "pest control" was a housekeeping staff member spraying bug spray, then taking photos of my already clean room to "prove" no problem existed. The host was dismissive, blamed me for door code issues after switching rooms, and even threatened extra charges, despite Airbnb's fee transparency policy requiring all fees to be disclosed. I've lived here for a little over 2 years. It's a quiet place. The grounds are clean and the courtyard/picnic/fire pit area is beautiful. The rooms are nicely furnished. Everything ( utilities ) is included in the rent. There's coin operated laundry facilities on-site which is convenient. There's also storage units available on-site in the laundry room for a small fee. There is a Turkey Hill ( convenience store ) next door that is open 24 hours. It is pet friendly as well. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay/live. I would recommend this place to others.

Great quiet, private and scenic place to stay. Property Management personnel are experienced professionals, polite, accessible/helpful when needed. Clean rooms and clean Laundry facility on site. Common area has beautiful relaxing Court Yard with sitting area & fire pit.

Wife and I are moving back from Florida, I came back early to start new job. Whole experience with staying here was wonderful. Very nice & polite people I dealt with. Nice little places, close to everything. Cute property as a whole.
