A very respectful park.. everyone has a dog (seems to lol) including myself and we all ALWAYS PICK UP OUR DOGGY POO POO!...... We keep the park clean and all neighbors are pretty awesome.. most BEAUTIFUL SUN SETS! THE RIVER IS ONLY BLOCKS AWAY SO EXPLORING IN THE SUMMERTIME HAS BEEN GREAT! NICE AND QUIET:) ill post photos when its light out haha
Great price, great staff, overall, a decent place if you wanna live or just get away from the city for the weekend
Shocked this tattered flag is masted. Come on guys. Take it down, no flag is better than the condition of this one - no excuse for it to look like it’s on an 19th century battleship in the heat of war.
Great view of the river and lots of open space.
The managers / owners are very nice, and the rental price is terrific. Each rental space is 40ft. x 70ft. And there are acres and acres of dog run areas. But there is no grass. The laundry and bathhouse are clean and well maintained. 10/2022 Update: The owners retired. Rent increased $25 and new managers arrived.
