Aero Inn

This Hotel is the epitome of disgusting. When I first arrived in my room, I was met with a German cockroach infestation in the bathroom, (photos attached) I immediately went to the front desk to request a room change. The next room was just as disgusting minus Visible bugs running around. Crumbs all over the floor, stains on the towels and bedding, there’s also a disgusting smell throughout the entire hotel. As I was leaving, there was a male staff member yelling obscenities because someone had shut their door too loud, This male staff member was obviously under the influence of drugs, As well as the female staff member that was standing next to him laughing. Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Have stayed at two others in Kalispell and this by far was superior. Rooms were very clean, bathtub clean enough to bath in! Beds comfy! Not a 5 star but clean and comfortable. Did not use the pool or hot tub to comment on. Did not stay to eat the breakfast either.

My room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. I don't have any negative comments except that the so-called breakfast was bagels and bread. No fruit, no pastries, no donuts, no juice, no waffle machine, and some terrible coffee. I also don't have anything very positive to say about this place. There was absolutely nothing special about it. And the guy behind the desk is a jerk. He tried to give me the definition of breakfast. The breakfast that they served is the very definition of "cheap".

Be careful when booking your room here. We were scammed by a company saying they were at the "front desk" but in fact they were a 3rd party vendor who booked our room through Expedia. The vendor is called Room77 - I had no idea when I called the "local" number that this was really some other company likely overseas. They charged us double the going rate (the hotel site says $125 a night and Room77 charged my card $244) saying "there is only one room left." When we got to the hotel and I realized what had happened (the unhelpful front desk woman said I had booked through Expedia which simply was NOT the case) she then informed me the rate was non-refundable and the hot tub was broken.
