Adventurewood Log Cabin

The place was very private and quiet. The inside was well kept and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs bathroom is amazing! The front porch has beautiful views to take in with your morning coffee. It's situated right in the middle between Nashville and Bloomington. It was an easy drive to both. It's a great place for a quick getaway or I could see staying a whole week easily.

Very clean and cozy! They even had it decorated inside and out for Christmas! The back screened in patio is perfect for the colder months when you still want to grill and sit in the hot tub! We would absolutely go back here!

I rented this cabin for my bridesmaids to stay in the night before my wedding because it was less than a mile from my venue, and honestly it was probably one of the worst experiences of my life. This cabin came recommended by my venue, but after my experience I don’t think it will be recommended any longer. The property manager, Jeff, was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. To quote my officiant, “one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met.” We had our rehearsal dinner there without knowing that we literally could not have more than 8 people on the property, I thought no more than 8 could stay the night, and Jeff drives up and takes pictures of everyone and their vehicles while we were practicing our ceremony outside. This was our 3rd stay over the years. We so appreciate the many touches of home (dry firewood, well equipped kitchen, new gas grill, pristine hot tub, etc.). The thoughtful extras were so appreciated ... lotion, plenty of TP, paper towels, soap, etc. Truly how I would set things up for a friend to visit. We've stayed at many cabins and VRBOs and by far, this is the best! We plan to come back.
